Ok so I ordered these speakers a few weeks ago and had been waiting to have my system installed in order to be able to write a review. Right now I have both sets installed in my 2000 Expedition but I am using a less powerful "loaner amp" until mine can be installed next week. So right now I am using the speakers without a Sub and all I can say is WOW!!!!! The majority of reviews that I read about these speakers were right on point. They are very powerful and have an awesome clear sound to it. I previously owned some Pioneers in another vehicle which were great but these Alpine speakers are far superior. My system is made up with mostly Alpine products with my amp, sub and now these speakers have been the perfect addition.
